Points and miles, week of June 22
Chase cuts Hyatt transfers for mid-tier cardholders, but multiple airline bonuses expire soon. A rare Singapore First Class award appears in November.
Chase is tightening its grip on World of Hyatt transfers this week, while three transfer bonuses expire in just eight days. A premium First Class deal on Singapore KrisFlyer rounds out the week.
Devaluations this week
Chase Ultimate Rewards is cutting the transfer ratio to World of Hyatt from 1:1 to 4:3 on two mid-tier cards. The change hits Sapphire Preferred immediately on June 15, 2026, and Ink Business Preferred on October 1, 2026. This means you will need 33% more points to fund the same Hyatt transfers on these cards going forward. Premium Sapphire Reserve and Reserve for Business cardholders keep their 1:1 ratio intact.
